Dale and Peggy Donovan invite you to stay at the Donovan Guest House. It is an 1880’s farm house, in a private location, on our 13 acre Christmas tree farm just 2 miles west of O.S.U.

We provide all the comforts of home:

Full kitchen with all the basics, four bedrooms, two baths, washer & dryer, gas barbeque, hot tub and a wood stove. The bedrooms on the lower level have a queen size and a full size bed. On the second floor you will find one bedroom with a king sized and another bedroom with a full size bed.

Eclectically furnished with art and antiques, many items are for sale.

Donovan ’s Pottery and display room is located on the premises. Crystalline, wood-fire and porcelain works are on display for sale. A raku party can be arranged for guests. Raku is an ancient Japanese method of firing pottery. Guests will be able to decorate and help fire their own tea bowls.

Mothers or Fathers Day weekend at OSU, Sporting events, Weddings &Family events, or any extended stay.

Reservations require a $100 credit card or check deposit.

72 hour notification required for cancellations, otherwise deposit may be kept.

For each guest above 2, $10 per person per night will be added to the bill.

We require a two day minimum stay. No smoking allowed indoors.

Pets on approval.We have a fenced dog run with a large dog house. A fully refundable damage fee of $50 is required.

$10 a day for pet accommodations.
